Every year in July, a private airfield in Devon holds an air display backed up by a classic car show.
The Branscombe Charity Air and Classic Car Show took place on Sunday 24th July 2011 and raises money for the Exeter Leukemia Fund (ELF) and Devon Air Ambulance.Thousands attended the event, which featured a fly in of 80+ aircraft and 300 classic cars. The Air Display had an impressive line up of aircraft including: a Hunter jet displaying high speed low level aerobatics, a Hurricane and Tiger Moth.

Hi Maria.It is and well worth the visit as this was my first time. They have an airshow there as well on the same day which is good fun too. All in all not a bad day out and worth a trip once just to say you’ve been at least! :o)
